About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized Memory Care Program Coordinator to help lead and support programs designed for seniors living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. In this role, you will work closely with caregivers, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure that residents receive structured, dignified, and supportive care..

The ideal candidate understands the emotional and practical challenges of memory-related conditions and is passionate about improving the daily lives of seniors through thoughtful care planning and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily memory care programs, coordinate staff activities, and support residents with structured routines. Communicate regularly with families, assist in developing personalized care plans, monitor resident wellbeing, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain high-quality.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should hold a relevant degree in nursing, gerontology, psychology, social work, or a related healthcare field. Prior experience in elder care or dementia support is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Gerontology, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience working with seniors or dementia care programs preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate approach to caregiving and family support.
